Over more than 50 years of operation, Minerbo Fuchs has built a track record shaped by attributes that are now part of its vision of sustainability: care for people, operational excellence and responsibility in the way projects are delivered.
Formalizing our ESG strategy means giving structure and direction to practices that are already part of our culture, strengthening this commitment and guiding our continuous evolution.

Global commitments
UN Global Compact
We are signatories of the UN Global Compact, aligning our operations and strategies with the ten universal principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption — a concrete step towards the 2030 Agenda.

We align our strategic guidelines with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), bringing these global targets into the daily routine of our offices and construction sites, organized into priority and medium-impact SDGs.

Sustainability applied to projects
Project by project, a more sustainable future
We apply sustainability criteria to our projects, based mainly on the requirements of the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification system, such as energy efficiency, rational water use, indoor environmental quality and circularity. This is how we help build a more sustainable future, project by project.

Our commitment to the Planet
We build the future by integrating engineering and environmental responsibility. We have implemented an Environmental Management System (EMS) focused on the continuous improvement of our practices.
We monitor environmental indicators and promote initiatives such as the 5Rs Campaign, selective waste collection and the Mugs Campaign.
In 2026 we completed our first Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Inventory.

Rethink, refuse, reduce, reuse and recycle: a culture of conscious consumption in our offices and job sites.
Selective collection
Segregated disposal points and proper destination for construction and office waste.
Mugs Campaign
Goodbye disposable cups: reusable mugs for the whole team, in the office and in the field.
GHG Inventory
First greenhouse gas emissions inventory completed in 2026, the baseline for reduction targets.
